Congratulations to Yu Meng on receiving Outstanding Undergraduate Thesis Award from Tsinghua Xuetang Talent Program (Chemistry)

On May 30, 2026, at the Chemistry Xuetang Program undergraduate thesis defense meeting, Yu Meng delivered an impressive defense of his undergraduate thesis, and was awarded the Outstanding Undergraduate Thesis Award of Tsinghua Xuetang Talent Program. He was one of six outstanding graduates selected from this year’s class of 19 graduates of the Xuetang Program.

Tsinghua Xuetang Talent Program was founded in 2009, aimed at cultivating talented undergraduate student into outstanding scholars in basic sciences. The Tsinghua Xuetang Talent Program in chemistry offered opportunity for its students to do undergraduate researches, and offers Outstanding Thesis Award for selected students every year.

During his undergraduate research training in the group, Yu Meng demonstrated exceptional experimental skills and deep theoretical understanding. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Yu Meng on this well-deserved recognition.
