王冯元(Feng-Yuan Wang)

Feng-Yuan was born in Anhui province, China. He has been fascinated with chemistry since high school and took part in the 28th Chinese Chemistry Olympiad in 2014.

He joined the Jiao group in 2016 as an undergraduate student, and was enrolled as a graduate student in 2019. From 2018 to 2020, he enjoyed working on total synthesis of indole alkaloid (-)-arborisidine. Now his research interests mainly focus on designing cooperative olefin ligands for transition-metal catalysis.
